Questions you should ask your real estate agent:

• Do you do real estate full-time?

• Do you primarily work with buyers or sellers?

• What’s your availability to tour houses?

• What’re your contact hours?

• How will we communicate? Phone/Text/Email?

• What neighborhood do you live in?

• What neighborhoods do you have experience selling in?

• What neighborhoods do you recommend I look in?

• What’s your range North/South, East/West?

• What asset types do you like in this area? Why?

• Do you offer discounted commissions?

• Do you have a lender you like working with?

• What are some things I can do to make my offer stronger in this market?

• How do you think home values will trend this year?
